In the finals of Sport Malta Awards 2012 held in MFCC ta`Qali 19.01.13, Nicole Gatt represent both athletics and Weightlifting placed 2nd in the U-17 with 218 points. Jesmond Caruana President of Malta Weightlifting placed 3rd for the best Official of the year with 194 points.
